Though rare, there are inevitably occasions where a product arrives non-functional, is damaged in transit, or is simply not what you expected. Our non-DOA policy means that if this happens, you are covered! What does "non-DOA" mean? Simply stated, if your item does not arrive in fully working condition (in other words, if it is "dead on arrival" or "damaged on arrival"), it will be replaced or your money refunded at your discretion. If you need to return a defective item (or an item you are not satisfied with), contact us and let us know. You will usually be contacted by email with return instructions (or troubleshooting tips) within 48 hours. After 30 days from the purchase date, returns cannot be accepted.
